Swan Anywhere chat dock, reply triggers, LinkedIn connection requests, and visitor page context in chat. Plus 10 fixes.
Co-Founder and CPO

New

  • Swan Anywhere chat dock — Your conversations now follow you across the app in a dock you can minimize, so you never lose context when switching pages.
  • Reply triggers — Automatically trigger workflows when someone replies to your outreach. Available for all orgs.
  • LinkedIn connection requests — Connection requests now send instantly without blocking your workflow, and recently-invited contacts are tracked automatically.
  • Force send in chat — Send messages immediately from chat without waiting for the full response to complete.
  • Visitor page context in chat — When chatting about a website visitor, Swan now includes the pages they viewed for richer context.

Improvements

  • Mobile-friendly chat input — The chat input is now optimized for mobile and can be minimized when you need more screen space.
  • Send queued messages instantly — Queued messages now have a "Send now" option, and skill pages have dedicated routes for easy sharing.
  • Faster execution search — Searching past agent runs is now significantly faster with larger result pages.
  • Agent tool discovery — Agents can now see all connected toolkits at a glance, reducing unnecessary lookups and improving response speed.

Fixes

  • Sub-agent chat delegations — Fixed a regression where chat delegations to sub-agents would silently die, leaving conversations stuck.
  • Email draft Send during streaming — The Send button on email drafts no longer fails when the chat is still streaming — it's now disabled until the draft is ready.
  • Settings page navigation — Fixed a broken back button on the Settings page.
  • Sunday cron triggers — Scheduled triggers set to run on Sunday (day 7) now work correctly instead of being silently dropped.
  • Company page redirects — Fixed broken redirects when navigating to company detail pages by domain.
  • Agent OOM crashes — Agent runs no longer crash from oversized search results, which was leaving executions stuck in progress.
  • Campaign scheduler overload — The campaign scheduler now limits database concurrency, preventing campaign contact failures during peak loads.
  • Duplicate LinkedIn interactions — LinkedIn engagement tracking no longer creates duplicate entries when the same interaction is detected multiple times.
  • Enrichment rate limiting — Enrichment provider rate limits are now handled with automatic retries instead of failing silently.
  • HubSpot country sync — Country fields now sync correctly to HubSpot regardless of portal configuration.
