Building the future of work, together

Where human expertise meets AI capability

A swan crosses a frame
the swan way

After building and exiting two B2B startups on the old unicorn playbook - raise big, hire fast, scale at all costs - we learned something painful: that model doesn't scale excellence. It scales mediocrity. Brilliant people become cogs. Founders become fundraising machines. Companies become bloated, slow-moving systems.

Swan exists to prove a different thesis. In the age of AI agents, small teams can outperform large organizations - not by replacing humans, but by amplifying them.

We call it the autonomous business: a company designed for human+AI collaboration, not human-to-human coordination. Each person operates in their zone of genius - that intersection of passion and skill where they create disproportionate value.

AI agents automate everything outside it, and amplify what's within. A system that scales with intelligence, not headcount.

Swan is a living experiment of how we believe every startup will operate in five years - and we're documenting the playbook along the way.

GTM hasn't had its Cursor moment yet - the AI application that changes how teams actually operate, forever. The point of no return. That's what we're building. And 2026 is when the world starts to see it. So join the ride!

Our team is humans and AI agents working as one.

We're proving you can scale revenue with intelligence, not headcount. We call this "The Autonomous Business."

AI should make humans extraordinary, not obsolete.

Real revenue and customer outcomes beat paper unicorns every time.

Decision velocity is the ultimate competitive advantage.

Systems built to adapt will always beat systems built to impress.

Amos Bar-Joseph

Co-Founder & CEO

Runs Swan’s entire go-to-market. Alone. Generates more pipeline monthly than most 20-person teams, mostly by writing things on the internet and letting AI agents do the rest. Two previous exits suggest this isn’t beginner’s luck.

Ido Goldberg

Co-Founder & CPO

Runs product, design, customer success, support, and onboarding. At the same time. His AI agents handle thousands of customer conversations monthly - and Ido turns every single one into a reason to ship something new. His job title should probably be longer.

Niv Oppenhaim

Co-Founder & CTO

Builds everything Swan runs on. All of it. Somehow ships more than teams of 15 engineers - and no, we don’t fully understand how either. We keep asking if he needs to hire. He keeps shipping before we finish the sentence.

Learning by doing

In 2025, with just the three founders, we grew to over 200 customers. And every agent powering our growth - pipeline, qualification, support - built on Swan itself.
