Credits are how you pay for work Swan does on your behalf — either doing sales tasks (like sending messages) or enriching your leads with high-quality data (like finding emails or identifying visitors).

What’s the difference between Action and Data credits?

There’s no difference in the credits themselves — just in how you use them.

  • Action credits are used when Swan performs a task a rep would normally do.
  • Data credits are used when Swan fetches 3rd-party data to enrich your leads.
