Credits are how you pay for the GTM work Swan does, not software access. Each plan includes a monthly allowance at $0.16 per credit, shared by your whole team, and unused credits roll over to the next month.
Credits ↗What happens if I run out of credits?
Once your balance drops below 10 credits, Swan stops starting new chats and trigger runs until you top up or your plan renews. Your data and history stay available. Top-ups are bought in Settings → Subscription at $0.37 per credit on Solo, $0.30 on Starter and $0.24 on Growth.

Yes. Plan changes go through the same self-serve checkout in Settings → Subscription. Cancelling is self-serve too, and nothing is deleted when you do.

Anyone who works with Swan, by chatting with it or by reviewing and approving its work. Receiving alerts and viewing dashboards is free. Extra seats are $20 a month, up to 2 on Solo, 5 on Starter and 10 on Growth.
Members, seats, and sign-up ↗Do annual plans really roll over unlimited credits?
Yes. On an annual plan, unused credits carry forward without a cap for the whole 12-month term. Monthly plans roll over up to twice the monthly allowance.
