New

  • Reviewable email drafts — Swan now prepares email drafts for your review before sending, with editable Slack cards and one-click send or hand back to chat.
  • Task-based agent delegation — Agents can now delegate tasks without requiring a company or contact, enabling more flexible multi-agent workflows.
  • Larger company memories — Doubled the character limit for company-level memories, so Swan can store more context about your prospects.
  • Admin account disconnect — Admins can now disconnect connected sending accounts directly from the senders page.
  • Onboarding referral sources — Added Reddit and AI assistant (ChatGPT/Claude/Perplexity) options to the “How did you hear about us?” dropdown.

Fixed

  • Viewer invites at seat limit — Orgs at their seat limit can now invite viewers without hitting a false “seat limit reached” error.
  • Target market creation crash — Long target market names no longer cause a server error; you’ll get a clear validation message instead.
  • Slack tool crash on deleted campaigns — The Slack send tool no longer crashes when a campaign contact has been deleted mid-execution.
  • Email reply subject lines — Fixed invalid subject lines on email replies sent through Swan.
  • Memory version history — Version history and diffs for memories now render correctly on all screen sizes.
  • Tracking domain validation — Duplicate and invalid tracking domains now show clear error messages instead of failing silently.
